Teton Gravity Research and Vision Nine present the ultimate 2014 Ski Season Opening Party, taking place in the Bankside Vaults, Central London. Dubbed as the official start to the season, London's own Season Opening Party kicks off with the premiere of Teton Gravity's 'Almost Ablaze' before jacking up the sound for the first apres ski session of Winter 2014/2015 (line-up, including headline DJ to be announced). Winner 'Film of the Year' at IF3 International Freeski Film Festival 'Almost Ablaze' takes a plunge into the world of Teton as they push their unmistakable mix of progressive skiing and state-of-the-art cinematography to the limits. After the premiere the Opening Season Party moves on to the first apres ski session of 2014. It's going to be a full on blow out, so get that straight arm practiced. Line up coming soon. If you're into your skiing or snowboarding, aside from being the only chance you'll see the premiere in London, this is your opportunity to rub shoulders with athletes, froth about the up-coming season and catch up with the rest of the industry before everyone flies out to the slopes. There's also going to be a load of free giveaways, just in time. The party happens Fri 14th November at the Bankside Vaults, just 5 minutes' walk from Southwark and Blackfriars tubes. Hidden away and accessible only by an unmarked door, chances are you've never seen the 'Vaults before. Come down to check out the hidden series of Victorian tunnels we've converting into screening rooms, bars and dance floors which will be rocked by a headline DJ and supports until 2am. Theres just no other way to get your season started. URLs: Booking: http://atnd.it/16483-0 YouTube: http://atnd.it/16483-1 Facebook: http://atnd.it/16483-2 Category: Nightlife Price: Standard 15
